Pass the Project+ in 2 Days
Are you looking to pass your CompTIA Project+ Certification fast? Well, here I prepared a quick guide on how to do that in just 2 full days.
The CompTIA Project+ Certification does require a bit of study but nothing too extreme. This certification verifies whether the candidate has a general knowledge about the project life cycle, the appropriate communication types between all parties (resources, stakeholders, etc.), the different methods of managing resources, understanding the documentation required throughout the project (project charters, project management plans, proposals, risk & register logs, etc.), the different contracts (CPFF, FFP, etc.) and budgeting methods. There are a maximum of 95 questions taken over a 90 minute time frame, and scored out of 900 point scale. The passing score is a 710pts, which is equivalent to at least a 79%. It does have a price of $338.00 and it can be taken at home. Once you pass the exam, you’ll receive a pdf file containing the certificate and you’ll receive another email with a digital badge.
Now, the resources that helped me pass the exam on my first attempt and only dedicated two full days of study were the following:
The second resource will be unlocked once you access the first course. Unfortunately, PluralSight is not completely free, but there is a free trial for 10 days. After the free trial, there will be a monthly fee of $29.00 and you can access any course provided. No, I’m not trying to sell you on anything these are just simply the tools that I used to prepare for the exam and helped me pass. The PluralSight course comes with 5 videos covering about 9.5hrs of material and a 10% coupon for the exam. The second source will come with the first one, which I have to say it prepared me fairly well, and the practice exams do highly resemble what is on the actual test.
Hope this helps narrow down your study tools and happy testing!
